SILVER TOUCHE©, SILVER CLUBTM,PREMIUM®,ROYAL PINETM and XCENTTM Block Boards are made up of 100% imported Pinewood, cut out of central beams and composed core stock of battens of high resistance & quality combined with anti-borer & anti-termite to offer a Block Board of giving efficient and needed protection & to produce a long lasting Block Board. All the wooden components of the Block Board are seasoned under accurate temperature to obtain required moisture content percent according to IS: 1141 in our modern seasoning plant & than cut with perfect precision to get uniform thickness of battens. These battens are than arranged systematically without any extra gap between them. They are fabricated with extra thick face veneer & core veneer ( cross-band ) selected from the species specified in IS:1659-2004.Block Boards are bonded with melamine urea formaldehyde adhesive for MR grade & phenol formaldehyde adhesive for BWP grade conforming to IS:848-2006 & hot pressed under controlled temperature & high pressure to get bonding. Cutting edge technology & special composing ensures that these Block Boards are level & uniform. Utmost care is taken to ensure no gaps, overlapping or corrugation which eliminates the chance of opening up of the Block Board when cut. Preservative chemical treatment given to the finished Block Board, which ensures durability & resistance against wood destroying agencies like: borer, termite, fungus.

The artisan will find it easy & hassle-free to work since these provide additional grip for screw and nails. These Boards are available in Moisture Resistance (MR) grade & Boiling Water Proof (BWP) grade varieties for interior as well as exterior.
