Hariom Wood Products was established in the year 1996, located at 15 KM away from Ahmedabad Airport, Gujarat (India) .We are prominent manufacturer & supplier of Flush Doors, Block Boards and Plywood under the brand name SILVER TOUCHE©, SILVER CLUBTM,PREMIUM®,ROYAL PINETM and XCENTTM. All products offered by us are well received in the domestic market throughout India. Through our products, we are successfully serving many Homes, Offices as well as the Furniture Industries. We are backed by a sound infrastructure, which includes a manufacturing unit & a testing laboratory. The company holds approval from BIS vides License No. CM/L: 7523572, 7518175, 2863773 & 7200028294 for ISI marking on products. A reliable vendor base convinces us of the quality and durable finish standards of the products sources by us. To ensure the uniformity in quality throughout the product range, we also conduct numerous tests during various stages, which also assist us in assuring the clients about the credibility of our product range. All products are stored in a well-planned store yard, which is regularly treated with termite & borer repellents.
Our organization is headed by our mentor, Mr. Vasant K Patel, who possesses rich industry experience and is counted the best in this line of work. He directs us in completing all our endeavors in the most effective manner, and is the inspiration for the company’s pursuit of excellence. Under his guidance, we have grown steadily, and have garnered a size-able market share in the domestic throughout India.

Process
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is equipped with the latest machines & technologies which are upgraded regularly. This unit is manned by experienced professionals, who carry out their activities in the most meticulous manner. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with Vacuum impregnation treatment plant, seasoning chamber, Rip saw, Planner, Jointer, Glue mixer, Glue spreader, Hot press, DD saw, Sanding machines, Dipping Machine.
TECHNICAL STORY:
Vacuum plant
Vacuum Impregnation treatment plant: Preservative chemical: Copper-Chrome-Arsenic (CCA) Vacuum impregnation pressure treatment for a life time edge & resistance against fungus, borer & termite.
Seasoning Chamber
Seasoning Chamber: Seasoning of sawn timber is done for removing moisture from green timber in order to improve its serviceability.
Rip Saw Machine
Rip saw, Planner, Jointer: The width of strip, stile & rail obtained by rip saw, required thickness obtained by planner & stiles are jointed in finger jointer machine to extent the length.
Hot Press Machine
Hot press: The head machine of the industry. Products are hot pressed in this machine & are done by providing temperature according to the adhesive used with high pressure depends upon the size of product and time depends upon the thickness of the products.
Drum Sander Machine
Drum Sander Machine : Primary finishing of products are done by belt sander machine to a smooth even texture.
Glue mixer & Glue spreader
Glue mixer, Glue spreader: Glue is prepared in glue mixer An equipment (Glue Spreader) used to apply uniform layer of glue into the surface of veneer.
Double Dimension Saw
Double Dimension Saw: The pressed products will have some layers veneer protruding out of this core. The core itself will have some trimming margin to be removed by Double Dimension saw.
Dipping machine
Dipping machine: Finished products are fed to automated Dipping machine for protective preservative treatment of products for powder & termite proofing.
At this unit, all the professionals & machine operators work together to manufacture Home & Office Furniture that is considered best-in-class throughout the industry. We conduct all operations systematically in order to make sure that the products are defect free.
